The standard equipment of every accommodation includes:

Outside the high season it is generally possible to choose any day of the week as the arrival or departure day. For rentals of holiday homes, holiday villas, holiday apartments or fincas of four days or less a daily surcharge might be payable. The rented property at your holiday destination will be available for occupancy between 16:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs. You should inform the key holder if you expect to arrive after 18:00 hrs. On the day of departure you must vacate the holiday home, holiday villa, holiday apartment or finca before 09:30 hrs.
Pet friendly holiday homes
Most holiday home owners do not allow pets in their homes. Only with written confirmation from the rental agency on your voucher, are pets allowed in and around the accommodation. In this case an extra charge will be applied. The accommodations with the above mentioned icon attached to the description do, in principle, allow cats or dogs .
