The pool will be built in winter 2011 and will be ready and available for spring season 2012. Photos of the pool will be published from spring of 2012. The beach of Porticholl is well known for diving, water sports and beach lovers. The bay, overlooking the beach offers canoe rentals and a small restaurant and attracts many boats to lay anchor off the bay to the beautiful clear water for swimming and snorkeling. The villa is elevated just above the beach and offers fantastic views of the sea, the beach and the island of Porticholl. From the pool area there is direct access to the beach (via a private staircase). The location is absolutely privileged and very special.
A large covered patio, nicely furnished is ideal to watch the hustle and bustle of the beach and to enjoy the summer outdoor living. A built-in barbecue with dining area invites you for comfortable grill evenings and al fresco dining. Even in the low season this property is very suitable, it has an open fireplace and air conditioning (hot / cold) in all bedrooms. The villa is offered as well for 10 people, during the rental for 6 people the lower part of the villa will be closed and empty. - Main Floor:

The holiday homes, holiday villas, holiday apartments or fincas are equipped for occupancy of the maximum people indicated.
The standard equipment of every accommodation includes:
Interior: a refrigerator, hob and oven or independent electric grill, coffee machine, toaster, (electric) kettle, ironing board and flat-iron, tour mix.
Exterior: Garden furniture, parasol, long chairs (may not be available for apartments).
As a rule, the minimum stay in holiday homes, holiday villas, holiday apartments or fincas is seven days. The customary arrival and departure days may vary according to location. Outside the high season it is generally possible to choose any day of the week as the arrival or departure day. For rentals of holiday homes, holiday villas, holiday apartments or fincas of four days or less a daily surcharge might be payable. The rented property at your holiday destination will be available for occupancy between 16:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs. You should inform the key holder if you expect to arrive after 18:00 hrs. On the day of departure you must vacate the holiday home, holiday villa, holiday apartment or finca before 09:30 hrs.
Pet friendly holiday homes
Most holiday home owners do not allow pets in their homes. Only with written confirmation from the rental agency on your voucher, are pets allowed in and around the accommodation. In this case an extra charge will be applied. The accommodations with the above mentioned icon attached to the description do, in principle, allow cats or dogs . However, a written confirmation is still required.
