This typical, rustic 'finca' of the region is situated in a small village not far away from Denia and Javea. The plot covers 2000m2 and has a large, natural left garden with various plants, fruit-trees and a private swimming pool. The 'finca' consists of two floors which are connected by an internal staircase. It offers privacy and lovely views to the surroundings and the Montgo mountain. The house is situated directly on the main road to Jesus Pobre.
