 Holiday villa in Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain for up to 10 people .Generous vacation villa situated in a quiet urbanisation, on a large plot, at the sunny side of the Montgo mountain, not far away from large supermarkets and the centre of Denia. The sandy beach Las Marinas can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. The modern and comfortably equiped villa consists of 2 floors and offers a large garden with lawn, various terraces and an extra large private pool. The terrace in the back with access to the kitchen is very well suited for breakfast and offers lots of plants. A gardener is taking care of the plants and the garden during the week.

Holiday villa at the Costa Blanca for maximum 18 people.Beautifully renovated country house in Spain on two floors, situated on a large plot just outside Javea, which can be easily reached within 10 minutes by car and only 1.5km from Golf. It offers a lot of privacy and tranquility and has a tenniscourt (paddle) and basketball court on the grounds. The villa has a large outside kitchen for cooking paella or barbecues, but the inside kitchen has a limited capacity. This accommodation is let to one family at a time only, but the rental amount depends on the number of occupants and therefore the accommodation is advertised several times with a different number of people and prices.
